Look, we all know just how hot the Oregon Ducks cheerleaders are, that is well documented. We just didn't think we'd get a chance to see them this far into the tournament. So thank God for E.J. Singler and Co. for giving us a reason to post these hotties in March.

Bacon Sports Upset Special Bracket Challenge

You actually get extra points for correctly predicting an upset. So if you pick a 12 seed to knock off a 5 seed in the first round (which happens every year) you get 7 points instead of the usual 1 point. Got it?

New SI Cheerleader of the Week - Baylor's Megan

Well, I guess this was bound to happen sooner or later. I just didn't expect it so soon. We mentioned a couple of weeks ago on Twitter that Sports Illustrated had resurrected the Cheerleader of the Week feature via their Extra Mustard website. Hell, I even offered to help them find top notch talent.

While they didn't take me up on that offer, they did feature a cheerleader that we featured on College Cheerleader Heaven last July! Baylor cutie Megan was a package deal with her friend Danielle that a loyal reader sent me. Well, SI obviously checked out the blog and got Megan to sign on the dotted line.

Can't say that I blame them. Megan is obviously hot as a Waco summer afternoon, but I wish they would at least have given us a tip o' the cap. Oh well, I'm still happy for Megan. I hope this gets her all kinds of great publicity. She deserves it.

Pitt Cheerleader Tia is a Former West Virginia Cheerleader

When you think of major college rivalries, there are plenty to choose from. You've got Duke/North Carolina, Georgetown/Syracuse, Missouri/Kansas, Texas/Oklahoma and the list goes on and on. But there aren't many that are quite as nasty as the Backyard Brawl between Pittsburgh and West Virginia. The football rivalry is one of the oldest in the nation with the first game played in 1895.

So it has to be a little weird for Tia to cross into enemy territory and start cheering for Pitt after spending 2 years on the sidelines cheering for West Virginia (and her football playing boyfriend). Talk about some traitorous activity. That's even worse than Florida State cheerleader Melissa dating a Gator!

Thank God the former level 10 gymnast is a psychology major. I'm sure she went through a lot of self-analysis before defecting. Let's just hope the good folks in Morgantown are as accepting as we are at College Cheerleader Heaven!
