Ticketcity Bowl Preview: Houston v. Penn State

Houston still gets to play an early January bowl game, it's just not a BCS game. On the plus side, there probably aren't going to be too many unaffiliated folks in the stadium pulling for Penn State, so at least Houston will have an advantage there.
