Cotton Bowl Preview: Kansas State v. Arkansas

I think this is easily the best non-BCS match-up of the entire bowl season. No doubt both of these teams have legitimate arguments why they should be playing in a BCS bowl. And yes, I'm disregarding the rule preventing Arkansas from playing in a BCS game because they just happen to play in a division with 2 other BCS participants. It's a stupid rule and yet another example of why the BCS is a joke.
