Champs Sports Bowl Preview: Florida State v. Notre Dame

I love it when a bowl brings in a couple of historically powerful teams that are having off years to play in their mid-level game. This year that honor goes to the Champs Sports Bowl. In the early 90s this would have been the Orange Bowl or something important. Now it's happening 2 days before New Year's Eve and features a couple of unranked teams. Let's hear it for mediocrity.
